These terms apply when you buy software from Hitz Bakery, operated by [company legal name], [registered address]. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who sells to you
Orders are processed by Moonbase, our reseller and merchant of record. Moonbase takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies, and sends your receipt. Hitz Bakery makes the software and provides the licence and support.
What you get
- A licence to use the plugin you bought, on the terms of our licence agreement.
- A download link and licence delivered by email and in your account straight after payment.
- Free updates to that plugin.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown before tax. Tax is added at checkout based on where you are. You pay once; there is no subscription.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 30 days. See the refund policy.
Trials and free plugins
Trials run for 14 days with every feature. Free plugins are yours to keep. Both are covered by the licence agreement.
Liability
The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country or state].
