What we collect

When you buy or start a trial: your name, email, country and order details. Payment is taken by Moonbase, our reseller. We never see or store your card number.
When you activate a plugin: your licence and an identifier for the computer, so we can count activations.
When you ask for the free plugin or our emails: your email address.
When you write to us: whatever you send.

What this website stores in your browser

The site keeps your cart in your browser's local storage so it survives moving between pages. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it runs no analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them.

Why we use it

To deliver what you bought, run your licence and give support.
To send product updates, if you asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To meet tax and accounting rules.

Who else handles it

Moonbase (payments, licensing, customer accounts) and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires. Account and licence data for as long as you have an account. Email sign-ups until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Write to hello@hitzbakery.com and we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
