Refunds

If a plugin is not for you, write to us within 30 days of buying it and we refund you.

How to ask

• Email hello@hitzbakery.com from the address you bought with, and include your order number.
• You do not have to give a reason. If something went wrong, telling us helps us fix it.

What happens next

• We confirm within two working days.
• The money goes back to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• The licence for the refunded plugin is switched off.

Bundles

The Full Tray is refunded as a whole. We cannot refund one plugin out of a bundle.

Every plugin has a free 14-day trial with all features, so you can check it works in your setup before paying.
